Bodegas Valdepablo, founded by Jan Manuel Pablo in 1928, continues to innovate today with passion and tradition. The family Vermouth recipes have been passed down from generation to generation and remain a secret.  This Spanish aperitif is made with carefully selected Airen grapes, which undergo two months of maceration with a secret formula of natural, aromatic herbs to produce a  harmonious and delicate Vermouth.

 


 

Valdepablo Vermouth – White

COLOR:   Clear with overtones of straw.

TASTING NOTES:   A well-balanced nose which reveals aromas of sweet flowers, citrus and a hint of vanilla.

On the palate it is fresh and lively, The acidity and sugars blend with fresh herbs of thyme and chamomile to create a perfectly balanced aperitif.

Valdepablo Vermouth – Red

Color:  Light mahogany in color, with shades of amber.

TASTING NOTES:  This Spanish aperitif is made wine from carefully selected Airen grapes which undergo two months of maceration with a secret formula of  natural aromatic herbs to produce a harmonious and delicate Vermouth. Valdepablo Vermouth is not as dark, less sweet, with more acidity than a classic Italian Vermouth. The nose is full of aromatic herbs and spices like cardamom, vanilla, gentian with a hint of caramel. Gentle and smooth in the mouth with notes of sugar, cloves, and a symphony of aromatic herbs. The aftertaste is long and pleasant and invites you to taste more.
